Auction room & fine art
The system allows entry of stock into a lot store or the ability to enter lots directly into a sale. Multiple picture allocation is simple and can be imported seamlessly into a catalogue in MS Word. The catalogue can also be created in CSV format for easy upload to a website. The spell checker allows the client to configure the system and provides an auto correction option for user defined words. Notification letters can be e-mailed or posted to clients. Unsold lots can be moved to the lot store. Indoor mobile devices work effortlessly in conjunction with a Windows Server allowing the system to be used in any part of your business.

Farm & dispersal
Livestock and deadstock can be dealt with simply and effectively. Stock can be entered prior to the sale and then renumbered and lotted at any time. Sale sheets can be produced with the reserve printed in a word format to deter unwanted prying eyes. If stock is sold for less than the reserve it can be sold subject to vendor’s approval and the buyers invoice cannot be produced until the vendor has agreed. Balancing the sale couldn’t be easier with a single routine with all relevant financials listed.

Produce a report of late entries and new lots after the final catalogue has been produced.

Vehicle & commercial
The system facilitates the input of registration, serial number and record V5 document status providing quick and easy processing for both vendor and purchaser. Commercial auctions can benefit from being able to enter stock into a store and then allocate to the relevant sale at any given time. Multiple item numbers can be stored against lots as well as bar code scanning technology to record the client’s unique identifier of the items brought to the auction.
